Students who fail to attend their scheduled class will be considered a no-show.No-shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling, and the full registration fee will be forfeited.

A minimum of three (3) students is required for a class to proceed.If the minimum enrollment requirement is not met, students will be offered the option to transfer their registration to another available class date or receive a full refund.No rescheduling fee will apply when a class is changed by Apex Medical Training due to minimum enrollment requirements.

In the event that a class is cancelled or rescheduled by Apex Medical Training due to instructor illness, severe weather, facility issues, minimum enrollment requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances, affected students will be offered a transfer to another available class date or a full refund.
